Umbilical Cord To The Divine

Have you ever had a day that has been less than pleasing on your heart? If your heart is beating and you are drawing air into your lungs then that would most certainly be the case at one point or another. There are so many techniques, theories methods and prayers to initiate the flow of stillness back to  minds. Though in my humble opinion, it is not my belief that the mind should be still at all times. Thoughts are like water. At times as still as the night depending on the winds personality, and at other times raging currents capable of flooding surrounding lands. When thoughts threaten a flood within, try turning to our umbilical cord to the divine, the earth. There is so much healing in her every particle. The clarity and calmness that manifests from watching the wind blow through the tress, to the rain falling gracefully from the heavens can not be replaced. She is in constant motion yet so elegant.

So much healing from her giving hand. Healing for the heart and mind and also for the body. Nutrition so simple and sweet yet the power of it can not be measured by the ego of man. Scent from flowers carrying the glorious natural ability of aromatherapy. Yet we do measure it in the ego of our own current manifestations of existence . Making industry in every corner of her healing, even food. One part of the holistic balance of fuel that being in this body we could not be without.

Good health is not just for those who can afford it. The majority of human existence have been flourishing since existence without an expensive juicer and herb flown in from far off lands. Without that expensive health store selling supplements filled with anti caking agents and 'organic' produce with a carbon foot print big enough to fit a small country in. The earth provides what is needed in her different environments as we need it. In every environment there is healing available from plant and tree alike, food from bush and root. We have been blessed to taste her from every corner of the earth, but let us not overuse the environment of others in misunderstanding of our own. Let us not ever be blinded in the flood that your body is not capable of immense healing. Let us not forget the divinity of existence for a sold reality that is not our own and let us not forget to return the continual giving to the lands that sustain our every need. It all here. Just be open to the magic
